Ketentuan Pendaftaran Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa ke Luar Negeri Berbasis Kerja Sama Institusi

  • Seluruh Mahasiswa UGM minimal semester 3 hingga semester 6 bagi jenjang Strata 1  (S1) atau Diploma 4 9D4), dan minimal semester 2 bagi jenjang Strata 2 (S2) saat pelaksanaan program;
  • Masih terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa aktif waktu aplikasi dan saat pelaksanaan program (tidak dalam masa cuti);
  • Minimal Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) rata-rata 3,0 (tiga koma nol) atau sesuai persyaratan program tujuan;
  • Minimal skor TOEFL 530 (lima ratus tiga puluh), skor iBT 80 (delapan puluh), dan/atau skor IELTS 6 (enam) atau sesuai persyaratan program tujuan;
  • Memenuhi persyaratan lain yang telah ditentukan oleh Host University tujuan; dan
  • Informasi lebih lanjut tersedia di Office of International Affairs (OIA) UGM (https://oia.ugm.ac.id).

Mekanisme

Dokumen Aplikasi yang dibutuhkan:

  1. Surat Nominasi dari Fakultas/Sekolah asal mahasiswa (ditujukan kepada Kepala Subdirektorat Kerja Sama Internasional UGM);
  2. Surat aktif kuliah dari Fakultas/Sekolah (Letter of Enrollment from Faculty);
  3. Biodata (Curriculum Vitae);
  4. Dokumen perencanaan studi dan motivasi belajar di Universitas Luar Negeri tujuan (Motivation Letter/Study Plan at Host University);
  5. Transkrip Akademik yang dilegalisasi oleh Bagian Akademik (Official Academic Transcript (legalized));
  6. Dokumen halaman paspor berwarna (Colored Copy of Passport);
  7. Dokumen sertifikat kemampuan bahasa Inggris sesuai dengan persyaratan universitas tujuan (English language proficiency certificate (type of certificate accepted) depends on the host university requirements);
  8. Surat konfirmasi peserta program (Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)); dan
  9. Persyaratan lain yang telah ditentukan oleh Host University tujuan.

Semua dokumen di atas dalam Bahasa Inggris.


Mekanisme dan Prosedur:

  1. Complete the requirements of the partner university Student Exchange Program. Please check the website of the Student Exchange Program of the host university you are interested in to apply for their procedures and requirements.
  2. Submit to OIA along with additional requirements from UGM:
    1. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of OIA UGM);
    2. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty;
    3. Curriculum Vitae;
    4. Motivation Letter;
    5. Official Academic Transcript (legalized);
    6. Colored Copy of Passport;
    7. English language proficiency certificate (type of certificate accepted depends on the host university requirements); and
    8. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download).
  3. Deadline of submission at OIA for Exchange Program under Agreements are usually within 2-3 weeks before the deadline of the host university.
  4. Submit the application documents through OIA online submission link: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication.
  5. OIA will evaluate your application and process the selection.
  6. Once you are selected as a Nominated Student, OIA will send an official nomination to the host university.
  7. The FINAL decision from the host university.



Jangka waktu pelayanan selama 3 (tiga) – 7 (tujuh) hari kerja.

  1. Pengaduan, saran, dan masukan dapat disampaikan secara tertulis melalui surat yang ditujukan kepada: Subdirektorat Kerja Sama Internasional, Direktorat Kemitraan dan Relasi Global Alamat : Kantor Urusan Internasional, Bulaksumur Nomor F13, Universitas Gadjah Mada
